Power would arrive by direct connection to the Bowman switch station on the property. Cooling is air-cooled chillers rather than evaporative cooling towers. Wastewater would go to a plant built on site, west of Three Way Road, discharging into an evaporation pond until TCEQ approves a direct discharge permit. Immersion cooling, which would cut fan noise, is stated as not under consideration.
